The best ways to treat sunburn .. notably eating pomegranates and avoid ice packs






Revealed Dr. Anton Alexandrov, a doctor and a consultant dermatologist at hospitals in Leicester University NHS Trust, through the newspaper "Daily Mail" the British, for the best ways to treat sunburn, and include:
1. Bathing
If you feel pain and redness of the skin as a result of exposure to the sun, you get a cool water bath, because the skin cooling helps to reject inflammatory mechanisms to limit the damage that might result from scarring and cereals.
2. Avoid ice packs
An ice directly on the skin burned by the sun, which may lead to burns because the skin is very sensitive, and instead, the snow can be wrapped in cloth before applying it to the skin.
3. painkillers
Taking ibuprofen, diclofenac or aspirin can help reduce pain and swelling and this anti-inflammatory drugs are available in most pharmacies.
4. paint moisturizing cream
Dermatitis will cause water loss, so you must paint a moisturizer, this serves as a barrier against water loss which is important for the healing process.
5. eating pomegranates and raspberries
